This policy explains what information Peak Performance Partners ("PPP," "we," "us") collects through gopeakpartners.com and our text messaging program, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

When you fill out a form on our site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, career stage, and any message you write. If you check the text message consent box, we also record that you gave consent and when.

Communications

We keep records of calls, emails, and text messages between you and PPP, including opt-in and opt-out requests.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use it to keep the site running and secure.

2. How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and follow up on your application
To schedule and remind you of calls and appointments
To support onboarding, licensing, and carrier contracting if you join us
To send text messages you have agreed to receive
To operate, secure, and improve the site
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

3. Mobile information and text messaging

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We share this information only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, and they may use it only to provide that service to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

Service providers that host our website, process form submissions, and handle our calls and text messages, under obligations to protect it and use it only for us
Insurance carriers and licensing systems, only if you join PPP and ask us to handle contracting or appointments for you
Legal requirements, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of PPP or others
Business transfers, if PPP is involved in a merger or sale, subject to this policy

None of the sharing described above includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.

5. How long we keep information

We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you, manage our relationship if you join, and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. We keep records of text message consent and opt-outs so that we can honor your choices.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP
Stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or by emailing us
Ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing zpitts@gopeakpartners.com

We may need to keep some information to meet legal obligations or to record your opt-out.

8. Children

Our site and program are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
