These terms cover your use of gopeakpartners.com and the text messages you receive from Peak Performance Partners ("PPP," "we," "us"). By using the site or opting in to text messages, you agree to them.

1. Text messaging program

What the program is

The Peak Performance Partners text messaging program sends messages to people who have asked about joining PPP as an independent insurance agent and to agents who work with us. Messages cover application follow-up, scheduling and reminders for calls and appointments, onboarding and carrier contracting updates, and replies to questions you send us.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form on our website and submitting your mobile number, or by asking us directly to text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying, joining, or doing business with PPP.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll it.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your application and activity with us. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again. UNSUBSCRIBE also works.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we can't guarantee that every message will arrive.

Your information

How we handle your mobile number and consent is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

2. No insurance offer or advice

This site describes an opportunity for independent insurance agents. It is not an offer to sell insurance, and nothing on the site or in our messages is insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Carrier contracts and appointments depend on your licensing and each carrier's approval. Compensation depends on your contracts and your own production. Any income figures or examples on the site are illustrations, not promises, and no level of income is guaranteed.

3. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate information in any form you submit. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you aren't authorized to use, or submit someone else's information without their permission.

Some areas of the site are restricted to PPP agents and staff. Access to those areas can be changed or removed at any time.

The site's content, name, and logo belong to Peak Performance Partners. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

4. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and our messages are provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate and current but don't guarantee that it is complete, error-free, or always available.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Peak Performance Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our messages.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or receive our messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
